Mint to Be Who doesn't love Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream? We have Marilyn Ricketts, an English culinary student, to thank for inventing this delightful flavor in 1973. Originally called "Mint Royale," Ricketts' creation placed at a competition to provide a new ice cream flavor for Princess Anne's wedding at Westminster Abby. In continuation of Ricketts' creative spirit, Nabisco released Baskin-Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip Oreos this August 2019. Would these cookies meet royal standards? We'll find out! Latte Love A little espresso and steamed milk are a sure equation for energetic bliss. Lattes are both delicious and a unique creative outlet. Our Delicious Moon July marks the 50th anniversary  of Neil Armstrong's giant leap for mankind and Oreos released their Marshmallow Moon flavor in June 2019 to celebrate. It's an exciting edition to humans' centuries-long tradition of associating the moon with delicious treats. Medieval fables imagine the moon is made of cheese, Japanese folklore claims that one can see a "rabbit making rice cakes" on the cratered surface, and chocolaty Moon Pies adorn U.S. grocery store shelves. S'moreos! Flower Power! The first s'more recipe appeared in a 1927 Girl Scout guidebook. Because nobody over twelve could ever concoct such a genius dessert. And few treats are so divisive. Do you blacken the marshmallow beyond all reason? Or are they best lightly toasted? In 2016, Nabisco released S'mores Oreos as a part of their spring/summer collection!
