The Brookie I have scoured the corners of the internet for this month's flavor reflection and have come to a simple conclusion. There is no incorrect way to rock a brookie recipe. Perhaps you watch Shark Tank and know the brookie from "Milk + Brookies." Some credit this L.A. business as the first to "Frankenstein" brownies and cookies. Or, maybe your Pinterest and Instagram journeys led you to this gem. If Nabisco's newest Brookie-O Oreo cookies (released January 2021) are your first introduction to the concept, you are in for a treat!
