Holiday Oreos
Happy Holidays
Happy Holidays! We hope our readers had a wonderful Christmas, Boxing Day, Hannukah, Kwanza, Solstice, New Year, and any holidays we missed! No matter what we celebrate, we all share a passion for Oreos! This month, we are rating the 2024 holiday Oreos. We hope you enjoy them. We are B and V and WE RATE OREOS!
Creativity
B- They came in hot with the creativity combo here. We have the holiday shapes themselves, plus the little cut-outs where the icing peeks thru, AND two different colored creams.
V- I love the cookie designs and the red and green creme. It's just a classic flavor, and I think they should have done peppermint or something. Even though it isn't super creative, I appreciate how the holiday classic Oreos always taste fresher than the regular classic ones. I went to Reddit for some confirmation bias and found that the world agrees! Maybe they have a shorter shelf life? It's a mystery!
Execution
V- They are beautifully executed! Holiday Oreos are a better-tasting, cooler-looking classic Oreo!
B- It definitely executes exactly as it says on the packaging: " Festive Colored Creme: Same Great Taste!"
Does it Sparkle?
B- They are pretty darn cute... And the fact that they come individually wrapped makes them a perfect stocking stuffer for the whole family!
V- Yes! These are so cool! They have little reindeer ones with a hole in the top cookie, so the red layer underneath shows up as the red nose! There are also snowmen, gingerbread, and penguin designs. Each design is so detailed. The package with the Oreo reindeer guiding the sleigh is adorable and I can't wait for Netflix to make an entire three-part movie out of the concept.
Pairing
V- Keep it simple and just have it with milk (it's a classic Oreo, after all) or maybe some red wine while we connect with friends and family over the holidays.
B- You mean *mulled* red wine of course.
Buy Again
B- If I hadn't decided to become gluten-free in 2025 then probably LOL
V- I'll certainly buy whatever holiday Oreos come out next year!
